1. Description of Service

GetEmail.dev is a Chrome browser extension available free of charge with optional premium features accessible through a paid monthly subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Extension. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free Tier: Core features are available at no cost and may be updated or modified at any time.
• Premium Tier: Additional features are available through a paid monthly subscription. Premium features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments for the premium subscription are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you are purchasing from Paddle, which handles billing, sales tax, VAT, and currency conversion on our behalf.

By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and acknowledge that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
• Paddle will charge the payment method you provide on each renewal date.
• Prices may vary by region due to currency conversion and local tax requirements.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your Paddle account or the Extension's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that period ends.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at g.kqiku@gmail.com or reach out to Paddle directly. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing disputes fairly.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Extension.
• Not use the Extension for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access premium features without a valid subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with GetEmail.dev are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

9. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. International Users

The Extension is operated from Kosovo. If you access it from outside Kosovo, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. These Terms are not intended to override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kosovo, except where your local law grants you the right to bring claims in your own jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Extension or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
